As I was finishing a YouTube workout the other day and stretching out I saw this Alicia Keys video pop-up as a suggestion. Instead of getting creeped out that YouTube’s AI has me totally figured out I like to tell myself the story that the Universe is sending me messages I need to hear or in this case need to share.
I loved hearing Alicia Keys talk about scarcity and abundance. She has a different spin on what I’ve talked about in previous posts, but one that resonates just the same.

The author, Victoria Castle, talks about how we not only can think scarcity thoughts but also embody them.
